Job summary

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Food Is Medicine Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee the Southern Delaware initiative. The role drives grant-funded infrastructure, workforce deployment, technology integration, and care coordination across partners, ensuring milestones, reporting, and sustainability goals are met.

Work with a broad coalition including education and healthcare partners to implement Year 1 activities and plan Year 2 pilots, while maintaining grant compliance and budget

Qualifications

• The candidate must have five or more years of progressive experience managing nutrition, healthcare, or community-based programs.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives involving healthcare organizations and community partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to report and present findings.
• Proficiency with project planning, budgets, contracts, and program reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation of the SDFIM initiative, ensuring grant deliverables and timelines are met.
• Develop workplans, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with Beebe Healthcare, partners, and state stakeholders to align activities.
• Oversee data sharing, reporting, and evaluation readiness for the program.
