Syngenta Group in Nampa, ID invites applications for the Vegetable Seeds Development Intern within the Emerging Talent Program. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting the Seed Operations Team across field and greenhouse activities for multiple crops.

This learning role provides exposure to day-to-day operations, data collection, and applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing professional skills.

Formación

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Plant Biology, Plant Breeding, Horticulture, Genetics, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) would be ideal but not required.
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Support Seed Operations Team with field and greenhouse activities in seed production.
• Assist in data collection in greenhouses and the field while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Support field crew activities such as seed preparation for planting, planting, pollinating, crop protection, and plant tissue sampling.
• Foster an operational culture founded on adherence to all applicable HSE and other corporate policies.

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pursuing Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Plant Biology/Genetics/Horticulture/Agronomy or related field
