Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking a Vegetable Seeds Development Intern in Stanton, MN. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting the Seed Operations Team across field and greenhouse activities and data collection for new experimental lines.

The internship is part of Syngenta's Emerging Talent Program, offering exposure to day-to-day business operations and real-world challenges, while developing your professional skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Seed Operations Team with field and greenhouse activities.
• Assist in data collection in greenhouses and the field with accuracy.
• Support field crew activities: planting, pollinating, crop protection, tissue sampling.
• Perform other duties to meet project needs.
• Engage with multiple crops across development stages.
