Qualifications

• High School diploma required; pursuing a bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English and Spanish ideal but not required.
• Strong communication and data collection skills.
• Ability to work in field and greenhouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Support Seed Operations with field and greenhouse activities for seed production of new experimental lines and inbreds.
• Assist in data collection in greenhouses and fields with accuracy and integrity.
• Support field crew activities such as planting, pollination, crop protection, and tissue sampling.
• Contribute to multiple crops across the internship and learn across disciplines.
