Responsibilities

• Exposed to Seed Parent Characterization activities from trial design to data analysis.
• Lead a Seed Parent Characterization project and understand sweetcorn, garden bean development.
• Support product advancement through trait assessment at early breeding stages.
• Manage field activities including planting, plot maintenance, harvesting, and data collection.
• Support agronomic trial activities and communicate with project managers and colleagues.
• Develop two-way communication with multiple teams across the value chain.
• Assist in managing part‑time workers.
• Analyze data and prepare a research report and presentation.
• Lead daily equipment maintenance for precise treatment applications.
• Ensure activities follow safety procedures and promote sustainability.
