Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years in event planning/execution, preferably in destination marketing or resort events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-brand event design, manage multiple events, and oversee budgeting, AV, catering, and logistics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, agencies, and suppliers to ensure on-brand sales platforms and wow factors.
• Lead onsite management and liaise with internal teams to meet event expectations and timelines.
• Stay informed on local market trends and act as a destination knowledge resource.
