Shannon Connex Recruiting is helping a global destination management company seeking a Creative Strategy & Event Design Manager in Las Vegas. You will partner with Sales, Operations, vendors, and clients to develop innovative event concepts that elevate attendee experience.

You will lead the creative process from concept through presentation, ensuring designs are visually compelling and strategically aligned with client goals while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in destination management, agency, corporate event design, catering, production, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design style and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing proposals from concept through delivery, including creative design and budget considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales, Operations, vendors and clients to develop innovative event concepts.
• Lead the creative process from concept through presentation, ensuring designs are visually compelling and strategically aligned with client goals.
• Manage the design process from ideation through final presentation, including mood boards, copywriting, renderings, presentations, and budgeting.
• Present creative concepts confidently during pitches and client meetings.
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Apply pricing strategies that balance creativity with budget.
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Partner with Operations teams to ensure supplier service levels meet or exceed expectations.
• Lead creative projects, organize outreach, and oversee concept execution planning.
