Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required and training is provided as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Basic computer literacy including email, PDFs, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all food preparation and handling.
• Prepare special meal substitutes when necessary.
• Serve guests during peak lunch period; bussing, refilling drinks, keep dining area clean.
• Interact with visitors, volunteers, and staff in a positive manner.
• Keep buffet, salad bar, and drink area stocked and clean.
• Wash dishes and assist with all-around cleaning tasks.
• Work on and off-site catering functions when needed.
• Operate register properly with no shrinkage during lunch period.
• Handle and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comply with health codes and inspections.
