Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial IT architecture within life sciences.
• Strong Salesforce expertise with commercial solution design and data architecture experience.
• Proven experience operating as an SME with clients and vendors, not just internal delivery.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial solution design and data architecture for enterprise life sciences engagements.
• Serve as SME-level presence with clients and vendors throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate goals into scalable designs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Create architecture documents, process flows, integration diagrams, and technical designs.
• Provide leadership and program management support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff and support recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.
• Support data migration, master data management, and integration strategies.
• Identify technical risks early and propose practical solutions.
• Present architecture recommendations to client leadership.
