Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Business Analyst with Veeva CRM to drive a major CRM transformation in Foster City, CA. The role bridges business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to gather, document and validate requirements for the Next Generation CRM program.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of BA experience in large enterprises, CRM transformation experience, strong mapping and documentation skills, and expertise in Agile methods and CRM platforms including Veeva and Salesforce Life

Qualifications

12+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise programs.
Experience with CRM implementation or CRM transformation projects.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
Experience facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Domain experience Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech / Commercial Operations.
Knowledge of HCP/HCO engagement models and CRM-driven interactions.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Veeva CRM / Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud; Salesforce Platform.
Agile / Scrum; Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
Reporting & Analytics platforms: Power BI, Tableau.
Data Integration & API Concepts; Commercial, Medical, and Market Access processes.

Responsibilities

Bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners and program leadership to gather, analyze, document and validate business requirements.
Support Next Generation CRM implementation and transformation initiative.
Apply strong business analysis, stakeholder management and CRM transformation knowledge.
Collaborate across Life Sciences domains to ensure compliant, scalable CRM solutions.
