Job summary

Themesoft Inc is seeking a Technical/Functional Business Analyst with Veeva CRM or Salesforce experience to bridge CRM, data management, and BI teams. You will document requirements, manage dependencies, and prioritize delivery for a data-centric CRM integration program.

You will lead a 4–5 person team (onshore/offshore), oversee data profiling, mappings, and validation, and ensure reporting impacts are captured. Knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, Python, and Jira/Confluence is essential.

• Must have hands-on experience as a techno-functional BA supporting data warehouse, integration, and reporting programs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge CRM, Data Management, BIO, and business teams to assess impacts and document requirements.
• Document implementation-ready requirements, resolve dependencies and prioritize delivery.
• Lead a team of 4–5 onshore/offshore resources, manage workload and deliverables.
• Profile data, investigate discrepancies and validate mappings (SQL/Python).
• Assess reporting impacts and document source-to-target mappings and business rules.
• Collaborate with Vault CRM specialists for Salesforce/Veeva CRM data.
• Coordinate with Jira/Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Job Description:

The BA will bridge CRM, Data Management, BIO, and business teams to assess impacts, document implementation-ready requirements, resolve dependencies, and prioritize delivery. The role requires strong data warehouse and reporting experience alongside an understanding of CRM processes.

• Experience as a techno-functional BA supporting data warehouse, integration, and reporting programs.
• Strong SQL, Python skills and ability to profile data, investigate discrepancies, and validate mappings.
• Experience assessing reporting impacts and documenting source-to-target mappings and business rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/Veeva CRM data and the ability to work with Vault CRM specialists.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, requirements documentation, prioritization, and delivery coordination skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Warehouse and reporting impact-analysis experience is essential. Vault configuration expertise alone is insufficient for this role
