Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager to own the Commercial Veeva ecosystem, shaping strategy and execution for Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats. You will partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and external vendors to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.

The role requires deep Veeva experience, regulated environment exposure, and strong stakeholder management. Hybrid work in CA with three days per week in office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience administering and configuring Veeva platforms, including security, roles, groups, workflows, lifecycles, document taxonomy, object configuration, reporting, user management.
• Current Veeva certification in at least one relevant area (Vault Administrator/CRM/Commercial Content or MedComms) with hands-on platform expertise.
• Experience working in regulated GxP environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology partner for Commercial and Medical stakeholders for platform feedback and enhancement requests.
• Develop understanding of field, MLR workflows, promotional and medical content processes, and launch needs.
• Translate business objectives into design options and technical requirements, delivery plans, and test cases.
• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and operational success of Veeva Vault platforms.
• Lead implementations, integrations, releases, and continuous improvement across the Vault portfolio.
• Provide hands-on administration across Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats including security, workflows, and configurations.
