Job summary

Verista seeks a Business Analyst to lead Veeva Vault eTMF migration planning, validation, and post-go-live support in a life sciences environment. You will gather requirements from Clinical Ops, TMF, and IT, map metadata, and ensure compliant data migration with audit trails.

You will partner with vendors and platform specialists to validate migrations, support IQ/OQ/UAT, and drive readiness for production. Strong stakeholder skills and GxP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BA roles supporting clinical, regulatory, or GxP apps.
• Hands-on with Veeva Vault Clinical Ops, preferably eTMF/CTMS.
• Proven experience with eTMF migration projects and validation testing.
• Knowledge of TMF Reference Model, audit trails, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements for Veeva eTMF migrations.
• Support migration planning, scope, metadata review, classification, and readiness.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and test traces.
• Collaborate with IT to support data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation.
• Assist IQ/OQ/UAT planning, test scripts, and evidence review for GxP systems.
• Support Veeva configuration discussions on document types, lifecycles, and metadata.
• Conduct data quality checks and resolve metadata discrepancies.
• Coordinate migration dry runs, UAT sampling, and go-live verification.
• Prepare requirements, migration specs, test evidence, and support plans.
• Assist go-live, hypercare, and post-migration issue triage.
