Job summary

Verista, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for Veeva eTMF migration projects. You will partner with Clinical Operations, TMF, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, define scope, map data, and validate migrated documents. Relevant experience with Veeva Vault and regulatory compliance is required.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, creating functional specs, test scripts, and traceability, with go-live support and post-migration stabilization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA/Functional/Techno-Functional supporting clinical, regulatory, or GxP apps.
• Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Operations or eTMF preferred.
• Knowledge of TMF references, document lifecycle, and validation concepts.
• Experience in regulated life sciences environments with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Veeva eTMF migration activities.
• Support migration planning, mapping, metadata review, and test scenarios.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and traceability docs.
• Assist with data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation of eTMF data.
• Support IQ/OQ/UAT planning and validation evidence review.
• Prepare migration deliverables and support go-live and hypercare.
