Responsibilities

• Administer and engineer Veeva CRM configurations and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Veeva modules (Accounts, Medical Insights, Speaker Programs).
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and compliance.
• Ensure life sciences industry regulatory alignment.
