Job summary

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to reach the correct audience.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work station at or before the start of your shift.
• Understand USPS requirements for mail automation.
• Participate in testing of programs and systems to ensure proper functionality.
• VDP Programming for all jobs.
• Create PDF production files for Digital and Mailing departments.
• Create Specialized Packing Slips as needed.
• QC your own work and the work of other VDP specialists.
• Follow job assignments and production schedule to meet customer specs.
