ABS Graphics Inc in Itasca, IL is seeking a skilled VDP Programmer to manage variable data print projects using Inspire Designer and Quadient. You will layout jobs, produce client PDF proofs, and ensure customer specifications are met.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and can navigate a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This on-site role offers hands-on collaboration across Digital and Mailing departments.

Formación

• Experience programming with Inspire Designer; Quadient is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Layout variable print projects and perform VDP programming for all jobs.
• Create client PDF proofs and prepare PDF production files for Digital and Mailing departments.
• Handle specialized packing slips and static/barcode creation as needed.
• QC own work and the work of other VDP specialists; ensure customer specification compliance.
• Log into Slingshot on arrival, follow production schedule, and adhere to SOPs.
