Impact Connects in Minneapolis seeks a VDP Programmer to perform sophisticated document composition for client jobs using GMC PrintNetT/Inspire. You will build customized print workflows and generate production-ready outputs while maintaining SOPs and project docs.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or 1–3 years related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or 1–3 years related experience.
• Experience with document composition and data processing.
• Knowledge of GMC PrintNet T/Inspire and scripting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications, data and artwork to plan workflow and identify issues quickly.
• Build workflows using GMC PrintNetT/Inspire to produce customized print documents.
• Generate output for production, proofs, and client documentation.
• Maintain SOPs and project-specific workflow documentation.
• Coordinate with Data Processing, Account Management, and Production to move jobs on schedule.
• Ensure time tracking and quality standards across tasks.
