Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Technology Engineer I to bridge infrastructure foundations and application development, focusing on enterprise platforms and VDI. The role emphasizes Citrix expertise, CI/CD, and collaboration across technology teams in a hybrid in-office setting.

You will engage in setting up and optimizing platforms, while expanding skills in AI concepts and modern DevOps practices within a supportive, office-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2 years of technology/platform engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of Citrix CVAD, Citrix DaaS and NetScaler (ADC).
• Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and hybrid cloud environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.
• Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory (Hybrid AD) and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, implement and configure technology platforms with high accuracy.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for deployments.
• Resolve platform defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
• Configure and maintain platform/service layers for reliability and performance.
• Document platform configurations and integration points.
• Collaborate with Software and Infrastructure Engineers to align capabilities.
• Expand knowledge in platform engineering, CI/CD and DevOps.
• Participate in AI learning and hands‑on projects.
