Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced Citrix Infrastructure Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain our Citrix-based VDI and remote access environment. You will provide end-user support and resolve issues across on-prem and Azure platforms, while collaborating with storage and virtualization teams.

The role requires strong Citrix, VMware, and Azure expertise, plus PowerShell automation. On-site for 90 days, then hybrid after probation, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or 4 years’ hands-on Citrix infra experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on IT infra engineering experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• 2+ years administering VMware vSphere/vCenter and Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on deployment, management, and optimization of Citrix infrastructure across on-prem and cloud.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix ADC and NetScaler Gateway.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to support Citrix workloads in Azure and hybrid environments.
• Monitor performance and proactively resolve sessions, app, or network issues.
• Automate builds, patching, and provisioning with PowerShell.
• Document configurations and procedures; act as tier-3 escalation for related incidents.
• Participate in VDI modernization and security/compliance initiatives.
