We are seeking highly energetic, TS-SCI cleared IT professionals to join our experienced team of technologists. The program supports a broad range of IT enterprise services globally, with specialized project teams in areas such as Platform as a Service, Application Services, Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing, and API Management. Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain a large, globally accessed virtual desktop environment.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues.
• Guide optimization of desktops for platform interoperability.
• Act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
• Offer endpoint support on Virtual Desktop-related tasks.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure technologies.
• Operate across multiple and complex production environments with various stakeholders.
• Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience supporting legacy and current versions of Citrix products.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later.
• Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
• Knowledge of Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
• Experience with Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX.
• Familiarity with Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
• Experience with Citrix App Layering.
• Knowledge of Liquidware Profile Unity.
• Experience with Hyper V and VMWare VDI.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience managing Windows Server clustering.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with System Center Virtual Machine Manager and VMWare vCenter 6.7.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Experience with Home Directory and Profile management support services.
• Experience with Desktop Software provisioning and support services.
