Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Technical Instructor, Design Services to develop and deliver training that builds technical capability across our VDC designers and drafters. You will coach SMEs, create materials, and align training with evolving industry practices.

The role requires strong public speaking, Revit experience, and travel up to 35%. Blended office and construction work environment, with evenings or weekends as needed. Competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with focus in education or technical field.
• 3–5 years of adult training experience preferred or equivalent.
• Strong VDC/MEP technical background and ability to teach adults.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and improve training programs.
• Identify and deliver training to meet needs and certification requirements.
• Plan and facilitate classroom, hands-on, virtual, and workshop-based training.
