Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a full-time Project Assistant - Virtual Design and Construction to support our Nevada 558 operations on an active construction jobsite. The role emphasizes building accurate BIM models and coordinating with project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of construction-related experience, strong reading of drawings, and solid communication skills; proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction, architectural, or design-related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive with ability to multitask and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 2D and 3D construction models using BIM software.
• Interpret construction documents, specifications, and design requirements.
• Maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle, including revisions and field updates.
• Support prefabrication, layout, and virtual construction initiatives.
• Utilize Autodesk software and collaboration platforms to manage project information and model workflows.
