Job summary

The PENTA Building Group is seeking a Senior VDC Manager to lead VDC delivery for active projects in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. You will own VDC workflows, coordinate BIM outputs, and supervise VDC Engineers and interns on complex coordination tasks.

With 3–5 years in VDC/BIM, you will guide design coordination, model management, and reality capture, ensuring field-ready outputs and timely project delivery across all phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or a related construction technology role.
• Demonstrated ability to produce VDC deliverables independently at a professional quality standard.
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, field operations, and project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Execute VDC deliverables that meet quality standards on multiple projects; visualization, model coordination, and field tech.
• Prepare for and participate in model coordination meetings; track open issues.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to VDC Engineers and interns.
