Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 3 years of experience using Navisworks; advanced clash detection knowledge and reality capture resources.
Must demonstrate knowledge to work in multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architecture, Structural, Civil).
Demonstrated experience leading project teams or mentoring technical staff.
Experience managing multiple concurrent project workflows and priorities.
Strong understanding of construction operations, sequencing, and field execution workflows.
Technologically inclined with expert-level VDC processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead VDC program planning, execution, and coordination with project teams.
Manage VDC budget with project accountants and align milestones with schedule managers.
Oversee third party detailers and collaborators and ensure quality of VDC deliverables.
Drive adoption of Fortis and client VDC standards across projects and sites.
Develop training plans and career growth for VDC staff.
