You will produce fabrication‑level models (LOD 350–400), generate BOMs, and assist with installation drawings while collaborating with the VDC Coordinator and VDC Manager. Some travel and site work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM/VDC modeling, coordination and detailing with broad knowledge of piping systems and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM/VDC models (LOD 350-400) and fabrication packages.
• Coordinate with trades, perform clash detection, and resolve model discrepancies.
• Create installation drawings, hanger layouts and BOMs for fabrication.
• Support field teams with model navigation, scan data, and as‑built documentation.
• Implement new BIM workflows and participate in process improvements.
