Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM/VDC coordination in the construction industry.
• Experience coordinating MEP systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms (BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Ability to read engineered drawings, P&IDs, models and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination efforts for assigned projects.
• Oversee creation, management and coordination of 3D BIM models for mechanical systems.
• Perform clash detection and assist with conflict resolution.
• Coordinate model updates with project schedules and procurement activities.
• Support field teams with model navigation and field verification.
• Prepare coordination reports and issue logs.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and company standards.
