Zusammenfassung

Brinkmann Constructors seeks a VDC Engineer to support the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through turnover. You will collaborate with Preconstruction and Operations teams to develop visual mock-ups, 4D schedules, and clash detection using BIM software.

The role emphasizes building digital models, coordinating across disciplines, and providing technical support for in-house applications. Your background includes 2+ years in construction or VDC/BIM, a relevant bachelor's degree, and

Qualifikationen

2+ years of experience in construction or VDC/BIM workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
VDC/BIM certifications are preferred.
Ability to manage VDC operations on multiple projects.
Strong collaboration and communication with diverse teams.

Aufgaben

Support Preconstruction and Operations with BIM-based deliverables and clash detection.
Coordinate 3D models across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP disciplines.
Assist in developing 4D schedules and trade coordination.
Maintain and compare building models; track changes.
Provide in-house VDC software technical support.
