Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Coordinator II for the Energy Storage Group to lead VDC processes and coordinate design delivery across project phases. You will interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, maintaining integrity and confidentiality while adapting to change.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in relevant fields, experience with REVIT/AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, and a proactive, collaborative approach to BIM/VDC implementation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience.
• Survey data knowledge preferred.
• Completion of BIM/VDC software training.
• Proficient with common office software and web apps.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes across project phases.
• Work with survey data and Trimble Business Center to deliver designs.
• Support BIM/VDC activities (4D planning, 3D coordination, site utilization).
• Serve as point of contact for construction team on VDC processes.
• Document work processes to improve company standards.
• Assist in training on VDC processes.
• Participate in Mortenson's IDAT community of practice.
• Daily work planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
