You will drive BIM coordination, develop execution plans, model 3D content, and manage VDC budgets and schedules with cross-functional teams including engineers, superintendents, and project managers. The role requires a BS in engineering-related field, 2+ years in construction/VDC, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant industry experience; 1 year dedicated to VDC desired.
• Process oriented, timely, and accountable to commitments/deadlines.
• Team builder attitude and cross-functional facilitator.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of virtual building among internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead BIM execution planning, coordination, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing production.
• Develop VDC budgets and schedules; track progress and communicate status.
• Coordinate workload of VDC engineers and interns; maintain metrics.
• Lead VDC training and share best practices across projects.
