Job summary

This role engages with Operations to ensure VDC execution aligns with project strategy and owner requirements. You will manage the VDC team, collaborate with project teams and site personnel, and drive standardized workflows across multiple sites while tracking performance metrics and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Navisworks experience; advanced clash detection and reality capture knowledge.
• Ability to work across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architecture, Structural, and Civil disciplines.
• Experience leading project teams or mentoring technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop VDC team members and coordinate with Operations and project teams.
• Plan and execute VDC deliverables aligned with design and construction milestones.
• Collaborate with schedule managers to align VDC milestones with project timelines.
• Monitor VDC performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee third-party detailers and ensure VR/QA/QC compliance across sites.
