Qualifications

• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading medium-to-large VDC projects.
• Applied knowledge of BIM, VDC, and fabrication ERP tools.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC projects and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Develop and implement new workflows for project efficiency.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of VDC outputs.
• Support setup and troubleshooting of VDC software.
• Participate in design and production of visual materials.
