Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in construction, BIM, VDC, or related industry experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and prefabrication.
• Proven experience developing fabrication-level models (LOD 400+).

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC efforts for MEP systems and prefabrication initiatives.
• Champion Build it virtually first philosophy and ensure model accuracy.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop VDC professionals and project teams.
• Develop and enforce BIM/VDC standards for coordination and prefabrication.
• Coordinate with fabrication shops, field teams, and trade partners to ensure constructability.
