Job summary

Yates Construction is seeking a VDC Manager to support project teams and corporate departments with Virtual Design and Construction tools. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a BIM or VDC-related role.

The VDC Manager will design and implement strategies across the project lifecycle, lead BIM meetings and ensure compliance with Yates’ standards. This position also offers a chance to engage in innovation and collaboration within various teams.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years’ experience in a BIM or VDC-related role.
• Experience in MEP coordination is preferred.
• Willingness to work on active construction project sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VDC strategy throughout the project life cycle.
• Lead BIM meetings and design coordination sessions.
• Analyze models, identify errors, and make corrections.

Education

Associate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
