Hoar Holdings seeks a seasoned VDC Manager to lead on-site BIM/VDC efforts across multiple projects in the Preconstruction phase. You will drive 3D modeling, quantity estimation accuracy, and Target Value Design while laying the groundwork for Location Based Scheduling derived from BIM.

Responsibilities include coaching VDC staff, coordinating with project teams on BIM plans, maintaining QA on design deliverables, implementing BIM technologies, and reporting VDC metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of VDC/BIM experience in 3D modeling or construction tech.
• Proficient with BIM tech including VICO, Navisworks, Revit, Assemble, and Autodesk Suite.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling and preconstruction services.
• LEED AP, CDP, DBIA certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Communicate BIM plans to field supervision and partners.
• Maintain VDC metrics and cost database per project.
• Review trade partner BIM qualifications and compliance.
