Job summary

Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks an Integrated Construction Technology Specialist to coordinate digital construction tools, project data and field operations across the project lifecycle.

You will drive VDC/BIM workflows, manage multi‑discipline models, review design deliverables with trade partners and support project documentation to improve accuracy, collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in buildings industry-related field (AEC, civil, architecture).
• 5–7 years construction experience with 2–3 years VDC/ BIM experience.
• Strong understanding of construction sequences and workflows.
• Familiarity with construction technology implementations.
• Ability to manage project models and ensure modeling quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensures multidiscipline construction technologies are current and standards are met.
• Collaborates on development of construction-site logistics models.
• Coordinates and manages trade detailing and design deliverables.
• Liaises between design and construction teams.
• Reviews scopes for VDC tools and processes during pursuit stage.
• Reviews design deliverables and trade detailing requirements.
• Supports development of project documentation with design and trade partners.
• Reviews BIM execution plan and related language with manager.
