Just Construction Recruitment seeks a VDC Engineer for a leading Virginia construction client. You will support the Virtual Construction Department and report to the VDC Manager across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include BIM execution, coordination meetings, clash detection with Navisworks, creating Revit content, and documenting lessons learned to improve processes. Travel to project sites is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or 3+ years VDC/BIM experience.
• 3+ years with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Civil 3D.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Lumion, 3ds Max, Enscape, Synchro and Bluebeam.

Responsabilidades

• Develop BIM Execution Plans and coordination schedules.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks.
• Identify and assign coordination issues to responsible parties.
• Review contract docs, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Create and modify Revit content to support BIM coordination.
• Document BIM events and lessons learned for process improvement.
• Support the company’s VDC portfolio and marketing materials.
• Provide BIM/VDC training and support to project staff.
• Travel to project sites as required.
