Juneau Construction Company is seeking a Virtual Design + Construction (VD+C) Manager to join our Atlanta, GA team. You will lead VD+C staff, govern digital delivery platforms, and oversee reality capture systems and field intelligence workflows to support projects across the Southeast.

This role emphasizes consistent execution, platform compliance, and the integration of VD+C services with operations schedules, logistics plans, and ROI reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 8+ years VD+C experience
• Demonstrated people leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop VD+C staff
• Oversee VD+C execution across multiple projects
• Establish department standards, QA/QC processes, and KPIs
• Align VD+C deliverables with Operations schedules and logistics plans
• Lead staffing forecasts and resource planning
• Set up Buildouts on all applicable projects
• Ensure buildouts compliance with BIM model inputs, Schedule integration, Walkthrough captured data
• Govern Drone Deploy, Trimble laser scanners, and Field Link workflows
• Ensure capture accuracy and data quality standards
• Lead AI and automation pilots
• Translating digital delivery into measurable business outcomes
• Support pursuits, interviews, and client presentations
• Report on VD+C performance, deviation metrics, and ROI to leadership
