Job summary

Actalent is seeking a BIM / VDC Digital Delivery Specialist to lead project-level digital delivery across multidisciplinary building projects in a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA. You will manage digital model environments, develop Digital Delivery Plans with Project Managers, and mentor teams, ensuring coordination, quality, and on-time delivery through design to closeout.

This role emphasizes collaboration with architects, engineers, and digital delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of BIM modeling, digital design, and digital delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Advanced proficiency with 3D design and model management tools.
• Experience managing models and deliverables through the full design process.
• Familiarity with document management systems and BIM best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to mentor other team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project-level digital delivery processes and model environments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop Digital Delivery Plans (DDPs).
• Establish and maintain project model setups, coordinates, scales and file structures.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to align deliverables with milestones.
• Monitor model health, quality, and coordination from kickoff through construction documents.
• Facilitate digital coordination meetings and design reviews.
• Mentor Digital Delivery Coordinators and specialists.
