Job summary

Community Action Redbridge is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and strengthen the VCSE sector in Redbridge. You will oversee a programme of sector support, connect organisations, and foster collaboration to shape local services and plans.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership and partnership working with funders and public services, with a hybrid arrangement preferred (minimum three days in the office) to support teamwork and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme of support to strengthen the VCSE sector and help organisations grow in confidence, resilience and influence.
• Oversee and develop the sector support offer and work with VCSE members to build inclusive networks.
• Collaborate with funders and public sector partners to raise the sector's profile and secure investment and support.
