Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the VCE curriculum and subjects, especially Health and Human Development, PE, Business Management or Maths.
• Excellent writing and editing skills to translate complex ideas into student-friendly content.
• Experience creating educational content, teaching resources or assessments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging educational content - video scripts, assessments and text lessons.
• Turn curriculum documents into practical course and lesson plans for teachers and students.
• Break down syllabus points with subject expertise to write clear, accessible content.
• Stay updated with subject content and evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Follow a detailed style guide to ensure consistent, on-brand content.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Visual Content Designers and Subject Team Leads to ensure accuracy.
• Share ideas and participate in feedback, workshops and team discussions.
