MongoDB Inc. is seeking a strategic Marketing Lead for VC & Startup Ecosystem partnerships to drive adoption of MongoDB and Voyage AI among AI startup builders. This 0 → 1 role creates the playbook for VC engagement and works with multiple teams to translate strategy into scalable actions.

The candidate will manage relationships with top VCs, develop programs, events, and executive moments, and own referral and pipeline outcomes on a global scale.

Competenze

• 8+ years in partner-facing marketing or program building.
• Existing network among VCs or top tech partners.
• Track record of building pipeline motions with measurable results.
• Experience creating programs from scratch with a small team.

• Build and run VC partnership and marketing motion globally.
• Own referral performance from first referral to activation.
• Serve as MongoDB's liaison to VC partners across regions.
• Plan and deliver VC-focused events and tie them to pipeline outcomes.
