MongoDB Inc. is seeking a strategic VC & Startup Ecosystem Marketing Lead to build our partnership and marketing motion with top VCs worldwide, driving adoption of MongoDB and Voyage AI among startups building AI products.

This is a 0 → 1 role and you will author the playbook for startup engagement with VCs. The ideal candidate has leadership presence, an extensive VC network, and a proven ability to generate pipeline from partner initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner-facing marketing or program building across technology or cloud partners, startups, VCs, or accelerators.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage VC partnerships and marketing motions globally.
• Drive referral programs from first referral to activation and pipeline.
• Represent MongoDB to VC partners and support flagship ecosystem moments.
• Plan VC-focused events and align cross-team execution to measurable pipeline outcomes.
• Collaborate with programs, acquisition and content teams to translate strategy into action.
