Job summary

DFCU Financial’s Livonia branch is seeking a full-time Vault Teller to join the team. You will balance vault and branch transactions, maintain accuracy in daily logs, and open the cash box while supporting the cash line with precision.

You’ll drive member service by promoting opportunities, meeting sales goals, and assisting coworkers with transactions and procedures. Weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year goal-driven sales experience in financial or retail.
• Two years cash handling experience; vault experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance vault and branch transactions.
• Comply with vault processes and maintain logs.
• Open cash box daily and manage cash line.
• Meet personal sales goals and promote financial opportunities.
• Approve transactions within policy and limits.
• Assist teammates with transactions and procedures.
• Maintain branch operations and stock knowledge for service.
• Participate in Branch Team Development program.
• Flexible schedule; Saturday hours required; travel may be required.
