Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently for members by accepting deposits and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsement of checks.
• Recommend products and educate members to help meet their financial goals.
• Perform routine member service requests.
• Maintain a member-centric 'can-do' professional attitude.
• Make fraud prevention, security, and accuracy a top priority.
