Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings (AWH) is seeking an Inventory Supervisor - Vault to lead the vault inventory team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and secure storage of cannabis products. You will oversee daily operations, audits, and system reconciliation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and development of Vault Inventory Leads and Associates in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of inventory management experience, preferably in cannabis or other highly regulated environments.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
Working knowledge of cannabis compliance regulations and seed-to-sale tracking systems.
Experience conducting inventory audits, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily vault inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of cannabis products and materials.
Maintain regulatory compliance with state/local cannabis regulations and seed-to-sale tracking.
Enter and reconcile inventory transactions in ERP systems and track movements.
Lead audit activities, cycle counts, and investigations to reduce discrepancies.
Develop and coach Vault Inventory Leads and Associates; manage onboarding and training.
