Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform a full range of vascular ultrasound exams using diverse equipment and modalities. The role supports quality patient care across CV services and mobile locations.

Candidates must hold BLS within 30 days, ARDMS/CCI certifications and an Associate’s Degree in Sonography, with flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays as part of rotating call coverage.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• RVS (CCI) certification.
• RVT-VT (ARDMS) certification.
• Associate’s Degree in Sonography required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of vascular ultrasound exams following departmental guidelines.
• Cross-trains to other divisions of CV Services.
• Review patient data for accuracy, quality and completeness.
• Document findings clearly and communicate with physicians.
• Rotate to off-site mobile locations to serve patients.
• Take call during rotating holidays, nights, and weekends.
