Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Tech for DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital to perform noninvasive vascular imaging and Doppler studies. The role includes interpreting results, assisting in diagnosis, and teaching residents and students.

You will schedule tests, operate equipment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates hold an RVT/ARDMS/CCI certification, an associate degree, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Analytical and clinical skills to perform procedures.
• Ability to monitor, interpret and report results accurately.
• Familiarity with vascular anatomy and Doppler procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform noninvasive peripheral vascular imaging using Doppler equipment.
• Interpret and report preliminary results to aid diagnosis.
• Teach vascular procedures to residents and students.
• Schedule tests and coordinate with physicians.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and supplies.
