Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer for a vascular imaging contract in a hospital setting. You will perform vascular ultrasound and Doppler studies, collaborate with radiologists, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

The ideal candidate has vascular ultrasound experience, knowledge of ultrasound physics, and a current BLS certification. ARDMS RVT is strongly preferred, with access to modern imaging technology and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• ARDMS RVT certification strongly preferred.
• Proven clinical Ultrasound Tech experience with vascular studies.
• Solid knowledge of ultrasound physics, anatomy and pathology.
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and imaging software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound scans and Doppler studies.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams on findings.
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to imaging policies.
• Ensure infection control and equipment cleanliness; adjust for difficult cases.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and advances in ultrasound.
