Applicants must maintain high imaging standards and participate in on-call rotations during holidays, nights, and weekends. This position requires BLS, ARDMS/RVS certifications, and an Associate’s Degree in Sonography.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• RVS certification - CCI.
• RVT-VT certification - ARDMS.
• Associate’s Degree in Sonography.

Responsibilities

• Cross-trains to other divisions of CV Services.
• Demonstrates imaging quality by critiquing positioning and factors.
• Reviews patient data for accuracy and completeness.
• Documents accurately and completely.
• Performs routine and complex vascular ultrasound imaging following guidelines.
• Rotates to off-site mobile locations to serve patients.
• Take call during rotating holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Clean equipment and rooms between patients.
• Communicate patient history and exam findings to physicians.
